The Saddleroom Restaurant is a worthwhile visit, known for its warm and friendly staff, delicious flank steak, and varied desserts. A full bar and a view of the Saddledome are added attractions. The dinner menu offers a few choices for appetizers, mains, and desserts, which change frequently. However, the selection on the Chef's menu is limited, and the salmon was deemed average. Despite its merits, a recent visit was disappointing compared to previous ones. Note: The restaurant will close in 2028, so visit soon.
