Smash burger is one place that I have been going to for years, and cannot wait to go back to every time. Their burgers are delicious and their smash fries are something I crave constantly. The staff are really friendly and every time I’ve been there, it’s always clean and a pleasant experience. They also have amazing gluten free buns!
The food here is terrible. I got the double avocado bacon burger and the burger patties just tasted like salted beef, no additional seasoning. I've had more flavorful burgers at a&w. It also comes with a teaspoon of avocado for a $12 burger not including sides. The staff were nice enough when I asked about it to give me an additional spoon of avocado but just all around a super disappointing burger for $12. Save your money and go to a&w, it's half the price and better

Update 2023 - ordered a smashburger and smash fries. Burger was good. Fries were dripping in grease. Side of the container outside, bag, burger wrapper. Grease everywhere. Stained a jacket and pissed me off. I like smashfries! So I did the right thing, use the customer service portal to voice my displeasure. Added a picture of the sheen on the fry cup. 7days later 0 response. Smashburger downgrade. No customer response is worse than poor...shame.Ordered two burgers and two fries....read full review
