Snowcapz NE is a cute spot for shaved ice lovers. The jeju mandarin and strawberry flavors are a hit, along with Peach and Mojito drinks. Portions are smaller but just right, no need to save leftovers. The takeout window is high and awkward to order from, with TV menus. It's takeout only for now, no dine-in option. Hopefully, they'll accept the rewards app soon.
