“My second time in Calgary was nothing short of perfection. Last year I dined here for my birthday and when the thought of what to do rolled around this year, flying to Calgary seemed both extra, and hilarious. But it stuck. Saltlik, you outdid yourself. I’ve been thinking of the Beeswax Old Fashioned for 366 days and it just hits the spot. Victoria B.C. hasn’t latched onto it yet but it’ll come. Dinner was exceptional but the real star or the show was Trevor. Exceptional service is becoming an almost lost art and this guy has it. His energetic read on the table and tailored charisma is what 90s career servers were made of. The kind of server who questions himself “how do I elevate this experience?!” And then executes. His tag team with Chris to make this birthday nothing short of Calgary perfection is exactly why we ended up here. Thank you for making us feel special, our dinner incredible and leaving us with yet another Saltlik memory for the books. Thanks over many thanks. We will see you again!“

We visited yesterday and was entirely satisfied with our experience. The food was excellent, and Micah was so pleasant and so friendly to our baby. If we ever visit Calgary again, we are definitely coming back to your restaurant.“

“Just when you think they can't raise their game any higher Hy's manages to find a way. We attended the Calgary locations 10th Anniversary Celebration on Sept 26th and it was spectacular. The event was flawlessly organized and orchestrated by the Hy's team, the food was next level even by Hy's standards and the service exceeded anything we have experienced anywhere in North America even in the finest hotels. Bryant Olender added a classic background with piano and vocal stylings that perfectly suited the atmosphere. It was certainly the best evening we have at Hy's over the last decade, and I don't think I'm overstating it to say it was a "Once in a Lifetime" experience. A huge thankyou to Barb and the entire Hy's team!“

“Our Modern Steak adult HAPPY MEAL was a melt-in-your-mouth wagyu cheeseburger that felt like it was flirting with us, fries that understood the assignment, and the realization that adulthood is finally paying off by way of a glass of wine instead of a juice box. “The Business district Calgary Vintage Chophouse is truly an astonishing place to dine. I had the enjoyment of attending a company celebration, and we received their exclusive private room for a full night. With more than 20 seats my business cohort and myself had a great time. “This restaurant is a gem!. We are relatively new to the neighborhood and found Le Villa by accident. Our recent meal was simply wonderful in all respects. Our servers were friendly, affable, attentive and very experienced and professional. The food was no less impressive. Our meals were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. “We went to the Cattle Baron on the 12th of February 2026 for my son's birthday two people ordered the cowboy steak two people ordered the prime rib and another person ordered another steak, it all came aout stat a timely fashion it was all presented well and it was amazing and it tasted so good no issues at all, our waiter was Peter and Peter was awesome couldn't ask for a better one, all in all I give it 5 out of five it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend them 100% they understand what customer service is and they understand about food it was a very good experience“

“Wow!! What an amazing dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was perfect: friendly and welcoming. The meal was the best meal we have had in a long time. Every bite was seasoned beautifully, and their house made meats to start, yummy. As a huge fan of Top Chef and Top Chef Canada, we finally made it to Top Chef Connie’s restaurant.
