I’m not from Calgary, so whenever I make my way here, I’m always excited to try new restaurants. That being said, I will always make a stop at Taqueria El Charrito.
The moment you walk through the doors, it feels like you’ve been welcomed into someone’s home. Delicious food and the owner is so kind and friendly. He was attentive and wonderful with our two little ones. Great authentic mexican food!
I've been here twice in the last couple of months. The first time I was here the food was amazing, we had gotten various different tacos and it was all so good! But most recently we got a wet burrito and a quesadilla. Those were a total let down! I paid extra for the wet burrito and when we got home and opened the burrito there was no sauce, cheese nothing that made it worth paying the extra $3.50. (I think he forgot to add that stuff to the burrito)
