I recently had the pleasure of hosting my wedding reception at The Rec Room's meeting space in Calgary on July 15, 2023 and I can't express enough how delighted we were with our choice. We were aiming for a relaxed and fun atmosphere, and The Rec Room delivered everything we could have hoped for—and more!

The Rec Room Deerfoot is an awesome place to take kids, whether for weekend fun or an evening after school. Food was excellent, and the games area is real fun with two floors of activities. The arcade games keep children entertained for hours, though some found the food mediocre and the prices expected. Service feedback is mixed: a server named Ilia was amazing, super friendly, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Cashier Mackenzie was also super friendly, quick, and patient. However, one server seemed in a rush, bringing appetizers, mains, and kids food all together, causing dinner to get cold. The atmosphere is super fun for a date night or a family outing, with plenty to do for health-conscious people and those wanting a good drink. It is a bit pricey but worth the cost. Please be mindful of customer expectations.
