Waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru at 1130 am today. No cars at the window and they were so slow taking orders. At least 3 minutes for each car to order. If you have two lines, you should have two people taking orders especially during peak times! I'll go to a different one in future.
I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons in Northwest. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The service is excellent, and all the staff are very polite, friendly, and respectful. They provide fast service while maintaining a positive attitude. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
