Tim Hortons is a popular spot, easily accessible and busy with students. The staff is friendly and usually gets orders right, especially when using the app to order ahead. However, there can be delays at the front counter, and alternating drive-thru orders can be a challenge. Some customers have pointed out issues with burnt food items, such as bagels, which can lead to disappointment. It’s suggested that staff should ensure quality before packing orders. The bathrooms, unfortunately, are often dirty. Despite some issues, the coffee is excellent. The food and coffee are always in point. The speaker system in the drive-thru is a challenge, as it is hard to place orders when traffic goes by. Customers feel cramped, and it feels like they want to get rid of the customer. Every Tim Hortons is a mess. There is good music and good vibes. A girl, around 5,8 with black and white hair, was super nice. She was the sweetest person ever.
