Had a good run but starting to under fill their ice caps
I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons located inside the Cenovus Building (1301 16 Ave NW ).
This is one of multiple Tim Hortons locations within the campus, and I am specifically referring to the one inside this building.

Not the best. Went to get an iced chai latte and what I got was iced milk with sugar. There was so much milk or coffee cream that it made it very undrinkable. The staff also look at you like you are in the wrong when you confront them on it, which is not very friendly.
Not very good for getting good drinks or service.
Tim Hortons at SAIT is busy but with fast service and hardworking staff, handling pressure well. The breakfast meals are quick and good, not expensive. The restaurant offers affordable items and bang for the buck deals. It is wheelchair accessible with an automatic sensor entrance and properly indicates allergens for dietary restrictions. The staff is generally nice and very good at customer service, especially one friendly worker who prepares food quickly and with a smile during busy times. The atmosphere can sometimes be loud and hectic, especially when the place is crowded. The location inside the school common space at the end of the day can be noisy. Overall, the staff works hard to provide good service in a lively environment.
