I've heard about Vietnamese Egg coffee for years and always wonder what it tastes like.. During our business trip to Calgary, stumbling upon XinChao Coffee was a delightful surprise. Nestled conveniently close to the airport and shopping malls, it's a gem worth discovering. The ambiance was perfect for work as well as remind me about Saigon, and their signature Strong Vietnamese coffee and coconut coffee were simply outstanding. Kinda hidden away but an amazing gem of a coffee shop (Vietnamese based). Would highly recommend the coconut coffee or their signature Viet coffee (there is a morning and afternoon version that varies in strength/caffeine). All drinks go well hot or cold (one does not get more diluted than the other). Reasonably priced for the quality of drink and en par to most coffee shops in Calgary ($6-7).
