“I love this place! It's cozy and calm and the coffee is delicious! It's great when I need to work while I'm in town as there are cozy rooms upstairs that are very quiet. I also enjoy meeting a friend to chat as the unique and calming furniture and decor is perfect for relaxing.“

MainStreet 1908 Ice Cream Shop • $$

“Located downtown Camrose in a cool historic building. As you climb the steps up to this little cafe gem the classic modern and Victorian decor give a classy cafe vibe. We came in the middle of the day and enjoyed lots of choice seating and had time to gaze at all the ice cream toppings choices. We ordered a ham and cheese croissant, which was nicely warmed up for us. Along with a recommended Strawberry London Fog, which was so tasty and huge! I loved it. They had a nice looking fall drink menu, plenty of light food options for lunch, plus a good selection of pastries and coffee options. We were eager to get some ice cream, I was a little disappointed that they only had one frozen yogurt/sorbet option. And on the menu the kids size was limited to 4 years old and younger....why? I'm an adult but I love ordering just a kids size of ice cream to be honest. One bathroom as well but it did have a change table station. Loved the little find of outdoor seating in the back, looked super cute and had I noticed it earlier we probably would have eaten out there instead of inside.“

“Whisky Hill coffee is my new favourite! I ordered a bag of their Brazilian medium-dark roast for my French press and I was so impressed! I’m not a huge coffee drinker but I think Whisky Hill has converted me! The flavours really stood out and tasted amazing. Their Colombian roast is just as delightful. Supporting local is so important and I will be stocking my pantry with Whisky Hill Coffee!“

“The perfect quaint cafe for someone looking to support local or sit and chitchat with regulars. Their specialty coffee, the highland grog, is absolutely fantastic, and Pat, the owner, is so sweet and passionate about what she does.Dietary restrictions: She had options for gluten free and dairy free“
