Paisley at the bar and all the staff were exceptional in explaining everything, making suggestions and ensuring we had a great time. The foie is TO DIE FOR. Every dish was so delicious and so interesting!! We hope to come back for an “encore” soon!“

“We had a Monday night dinner special of Chateaubriand, it was amazing! The soup and salad to start were very flavorful, then the main dish, perfect cut of meat with a beautiful mix of vegetables and potatoe! At the end we had an incredible fresh baked chocolate chip cookie topped with salted caramel, ice cream and berries! We highly recommend this dinner and our server, Jess, was excellent! Thanks for a great night!!!“

“Wow, what a special time we had at Sauvage! It was the most excellent way to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. From the moment we were greeted at the door, we were in for a magical evening. The Hunter tasting menu was very creative and delicious, every dish was so good, and each of the unique foods and flavours were balanced perfectly. A truly special culinary experience. The attention to all the details (music, atmosphere, beautiful dishes, amazing chef-created food, etc.) was above and beyond. And, to top it all off....on the walk home there was a congratulations card in my pocket, signed by each of the staff. Thank you to everyone at Sauvage, looking forward to next time!“

“Had a lovely meal in here last Tuesday before we left Canmore to head to Golden. I had the fish and chips, gorgeous and hubby had the Steak & Guinness pie, equally lovely. Heading back to Calgary tomorrow for a late flight back to UK so going to stop off and have another delicious meal. Thank you Georgetown Inn.“

“We have visited Bridgette Bar Canmore on several occasions and each time is better than the previous. Food is amazing and cooked to a very high standard , atmosphere just perfect and staff are always friendly providing an excellent service. “Great atmosphere & food. Enjoyed it enough we came back a 2nd night in a row during our Canmore stay. Beautiful open beam alpine style space, music not too loud. Kind of glad another of our favourite restaurants happened to be closed which prompted us to find & try out the Iron Goat. We weren’t disappointed.“

“We had such a wonderful evening on the patio at the Sterling Lounge inside the Mack Motel in Canmore. I enjoyed the most delicious trout while my husband had the burger, paired with the Bearsbie cocktail and a smoked old fashioned. Our server was absolutely delightful — we actually had her two years in a row, and she even remembered us from our wedding in Canmore last summer 💕💕💕
To top it off, she surprised us with a champagne toast to celebrate our first anniversary. Such a thoughtful touch and incredible service. Highly recommend for both the food and the experience!
