“As someone who is gluten free, this is literally a dream. A celiac person dreams of finding somewhere like here. I have never been somewhere before where I've been able to eat EVERYTHING on the menu. The bison burger and the fish and chips is amazing. Their sushi is all really unique things I've never seen offered really as rolls before. They tasted okay. Honestly I've had way better sushi other places. I do think their entrees are good though and highly recommend that.
Dietary restrictions: 100% CELIAC FRIENDLY!!!!!
Parking: There are some spots at the inn and otherwise it's along the street“

“Our experience at Market Bistro was great. We had the salmon and prawns, lamb shank and linguine pasta. All was excellent and beautifully presented. For dessert we enjoyed home made tiramisu and affogato. The service was very attentive and friendly. We haven't had such a great meal in a beautiful environment in a long time. We highly recommend it to anyone.“

“My wife and I were celebrating our honeymoon/3 year anniversary here and the food was so delicious. The server taking care of us was so friendly and nice she brought us complimentary champagne. The other servers for the meat were very prompt and were able to cook some of the meats further through (some were a little underdone for my wife). Was well worth the price!“

“Canmore Panago Pizza is hands down one of the best pizza spots around! The quality of their pizza is top-notch, with fresh ingredients that make every bite incredibly flavorful. The crust is just right – perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, which really makes the pizza stand out. The store itself is always spotless, and it’s clear they take pride in keeping it clean and welcoming. Plus, the staff are so friendly and efficient, ensuring fast service even during busy times. I had the ciabatta egg salad, quiche, and pretzel baguette and all were amazing. I haven’t stopped thinking of that pretzel baguette….“

“Came here after the Banff Whisky Experience and I was a little worse for ware. I ordered the grilled cheese and the vegetarian chilli along with a masala chai loose brewed tea.
The grilled cheese was super simple and came on some kind of dense and lovely bread. It was soft and gooey and filling.
The chilli was more of a soup style and it was really hearty, I basically ripped up the grilled cheese and ate everything together.
The tea was spicy and exciting.
Exactly what I needed to cure my vicious hangover.

“Honey, I shrunk the Boston Brute. Shouldn't there be a standard across the BP chain for serving sizes? I ordered a Boston Brute and it looked 1/2 size of one I had in Edmonton 1 week prior. Maybe that is a slight exaggeration but it was very noticeable. Service and food was great, and it was kids free month which was nice, but the $4 pop negated some of that, I guess prices are going up everywhere.“
