“CRAFT Beer Market Edmonton is my go to for great beer and food in a lively yet relaxed setting. The interior is spacious with high ceilings, industrial accents and big screens showing the game. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable about the rotating tap list featuring dozens of local craft beers and international favourites. I started with the kung pao lettuce wraps and soft pretzel with beer cheese dip… both were delicious and perfect for sharing. For mains the ahi tuna poke bowl and crispy chicken sandwich were fresh and flavourful. Their seasonal cocktails and beer flights are also worth trying. The rooftop patio offers a wonderful view of downtown and the atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends or colleagues. With attentive service, a diverse menu and a fantastic selection of drinks, CRAFT Beer Market never disappoints.“

“We arrived for an early dinner at 5:30. The restaurant was moderately busy, our server was polite, informative, very attentive and was a pleasure to have as our server. The food arrived quickly and all four of us agreed that our food was excellent. I would definitely recommend this Earls restaurant.“

“Was excited to try this restaurant before heading to a show at the Citadel. The food was okay overall, but our server was not. When asked about the daily market cut, we were told about the type of steak that was being served, and that it had a “red sauce - but I can't remember the name or what's in it - but it's good”. Needless to say we did not order that dish. I asked about the Chicken Supreme. The server told me that he wasn't sure, but that it was a chicken breast with some sort of cream sauce on top. Regretfully, I ordered the chicken. When the dish arrived the server put down a plate with a chicken breast (no cream sauce). He said, “I thought your question about Chicken Supreme was dumb, but I asked at the kitchen and they told me it is called Chicken Supreme because it is the best cut of chicken breast.” I was pretty shocked that: 1. He told me my question was dumb, and 2. He knew the chicken was not as he described it to me, yet he never gave me the chance to order something else instead. I'm not sure what makes one chicken breast cut supreme to another, but the meal was very bland - I would not have ordered it if I had known what it actually was. My friends were pretty shocked that a server told me my question was dumb - answering questions about the menu is a server's job after all. Won't be returning and won't be recommending.“

“Love the industrial yet cozy atmosphere of the place! Bookshelves with lights, intimate environment, etc. The food itself was delicious, especially the strip loin which came out incredibly juicy and the gnocci which was amazingly soft. At the end of the night, we were discussing dessert but ultimately decided against it because we were full and a little lethargic from eating so much haha. However, after we paid the bill, our waiter brought us a free posset which was perfectly light and citrusy and it made us feel so much better! Such an amazing experience.“

“A longish wait before a waiter took our orders. He was excellent; just the right amount of attentive. Orders arrived fairly quickly, and he checked back appropriately. We all got exactly what we ordered. Decent food - not fabulous, but quite acceptable. Despite it being a table of 7 and several different people paying for different orders, payment process was simple and efficient. Will definitely go back.“

“Its a little local hole in the wall thats family run. All day breakfast for dirt cheap and was well cooked. They do have some Ukrainian fare like cabbage rolls and perogies (they were really good), surprisingly good coffee too. All in all a good place for a cheap meal esp one thats local run and would recommend at least once if you're on 118“

“We walked in and I happened to be listening to our football team the Edmonton Elks game. My wife went to register us and I walked in to the lounge. There were lots of tv's but none on our home team's football game. I politely asked if they could perhaps put 1 tv on the football game. The bartender said he would and a another man (possibly lounge manager) said they be happy to accommodate my wish. The manager explained to us that he was originally from Serbia and talked with us about the Canadian Football League. Nick our server was knowledgeable about all the dishes and the drinks. We very much enjoyed our meal st your restaurant. The manager, Nick and even the bartender came over and asked if we needed anything.“

“Stassi the bartender is such a lovely lady and so are all of the other bartenders and servers everyone is so friendly and good conversation, one of my favourite days to come by is Tuesday for their taco Tuesday amazing tacos are prices are incredible.“

“I was there for work trip last week September, would have 2 meals at Ricky's, breakfast and lunch. Due to staying at Holiday Inn, participants received a ticket for breakfast each of the four days, you would see and get recognized by lunch on 1st day and remainder of stay until Thursday. Always greeted with a good morning and smile, the breakfast options filled the bill, I usually picked either pancakes or omelette option. Lunch was same, polite, quick service and great meals. We were able to take advantage of happy hour pricing. Our waitress was fantastic, everything was served in a timely manner and was delicious. This is a great option for families with students attending U of A as it is walkable distance from residence so we didn't have to worry about parking. A fantastic experience.“

I had the truffle tortellini with a 4 oz steak — it did not disappoint! Not too rich, the pasta was cooked perfectly, and there was even enough for others to try a bite. Loved it so much. “Service at the start was good but then it got to the point that we had to ask another employee for what we wanted, that person never came back. Then some time later our original server showed up. That took even more time to process our request. Food was fantastic, ( always seems to be so compliments to the kitchen) we arrived (around 6pm) after our Elvis show at River Cree was over. We recommend the food, hope that you get a better server. Management should be stopping at tables asking how things are.“

“Located off of Whytes Road, this place is serving up some delicious local meats, from brisket, ribs, pulled pork, etc they've got it all.
Their brisket was tender and flavorful.
The pork ribs were smokey, and crispy on the outside but tender on the inside.
We order a side of Mac and cheese and two large pickles. Both a great side dish that complement the meats.
Service was superb, friendly and efficient!
Perfect place if you're feeling carnivorous!“
