I order and the staff had mistake on the total amount that I need to pay but instead she refund me the 7 dollars cost of 1 smoothie for her mistake she ask me to pay the full amount again of what I paid. and tell me to wait a day to refund my money. the refund policy is not good because of there mistake you will repay double amount of your total cost you pay them

Worst customer service ever. Very rude.
Lost my order and then blamed me didn’t keep the receipt when they didn’t give me at the first place. When I told them she didn’t give me receipt the cashier girl told me that’s impossible she gives everybody receipt....... what would I lie about a $6 drink..... seriously?!
🙄 will never visit again and hope the owner can hire some decent workers.
