Just straight up terrible, ordered, paid, waited 20 minutes, nothing. Checked with staff 3 times, never figured out my order.Don't go, order online delivery if you want, but if you don't have DoorDash to back you up you probably won't get your food or the right food.
As a regular favorite of mine I hit up Thai Express while at WEM. The service was fantastic and the meal was nothing short of the same. While waiting for my food the staff and I had a short conversation about the food and different flavour profiles they use while cooking. The price was a bit higher than other locations but it's a tourist attraction being st the mall so it makes sense. I'm sure no matter how much I want to try a new restaurant I will likely be back at old faithful...read full review

Every single time I go to Thai express they have no salad rolls! I asked the worker to make some & he declines & says he doesn't know how to make them!!! This has happened 5 times in the last 2 months
