First time ordering from this restaurant and the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME! Columbus - NORTH SIDE. Placed my order on the phone at 8:30. The man who answered and took my order was abrupt and rude. I still placed my order for 2 donairs and a Poutine. He told me will take 45 minutes to an hour. No problem. 9:30pm I called to see if the driver was lost. Last 3 times I ordered they told me 40 min and took over 2 hours. I would cal them to ask for update after an hour they would tell me any minute. I’d go wait downstairs then call again and they would tell me 10 more min…. That 1 minute ends up being 2
