“Incredibly grateful for the accommodation on Saturday for my friend and I 's annual Birthday Brunch. They were packed house with Xmas parties and took us in anyways!!! The service was amazing considering the amount of people they were dealing with and the food was PERFECTLY executed as well. Amazing Staff front and back of the house !!! “We were grateful for having made a reservation, as there was a 30 minute lineup when we arrived. Our server, Jack, was excellent and personable. We had some of the best food we've had at Montana's. It seemed to be birthday night, so there was a celebration song about every 7-10 minutes, making it quite loud, to be expected on a packed Saturday evening. Recommend!“

“We did the all you can eat ribs and it was delicious. Our server Nate was so kind and came around frequently asking for our next order so it was prepared when our first order was done, we were never out of ribs! The sauce flavors were great and the beans and corn bread was a great side!!“

Updated review, I have changed my star rating from 3 to 4, all thanks to Lauryn, she was fabulous, I didn't like our table seating (right by the doors in the bar at 3 wobbly tables). We didn't have a huge bill but most of our party had multiple alcoholic beverages.“

My friend and I are from out of town and I have a severe allergy to Gluten and Dairy, from our phone call with Brian, who is an amazing Host 👏 to Jen our server again amazing 👏 the atmosphere 👏 The Food 😋 Definitely 15 out of 10 🥳 We will most definitely be returning on our next trip. The menu offers elevated comfort food like shareable tapas, gourmet burgers, and braised short rib poutine, with plenty of vegetarian options and late night bites... Cocktails and craft beers are top notch, and the bartenders know how to mix a classic old fashioned just as well as a creative seasonal special... The staff are friendly and attentive, making solo diners and groups feel at home, and the space is inclusive with gender neutral washrooms and wheelchair accessible entrances... We appreciate that they take reservations for dinner and that there is paid parking nearby plus some free street spots... “I had a mix-up with my pickup order that accidentally got sent to the wrong Swiss Chalet location. The staff member at the front went above and beyond — he called the other store right away, had my order cancelled and refunded, and then personally made sure my food was prepared quickly at the correct location.

He was super kind, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation really easy. The food was great and the customer service was even better. I really appreciate the effort and will definitely be returning!“
