My niece just turned 15, and Alyssa made her birthday absolutely unforgettable. She didn’t just bring dessert — she went all in and sang Happy Birthday loud and proud, making my niece completely embarrassed in the most hilarious and awesome way possible. The whole moment was priceless, and you could tell Alyssa genuinely cared about making it fun and special.

Her energy, confidence, and sense of humor made the night. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like VIPs from start to finish. It’s servers like Alyssa who turn a regular dinner into a memory we’ll laugh about for years.

“We did the all you can eat ribs and it was delicious. Our server Nate was so kind and came around frequently asking for our next order so it was prepared when our first order was done, we were never out of ribs! The sauce flavors were great and the beans and corn bread was a great side!!“

“1. The booths were subject to cold air coming into the restaurant when guests were coming g in and out at a frequent rate. Close to the end of dinner we felt chills and hands were cold. 2. You need to remove the miserable tiny coleslaw offering from Your Menu. Its not only tastes odd, it looks sad and miserably unappetizing. 3. Heard a very LOUD crash of plates in the back. I shouted OPA! We got startled by the crash 4. We heard about the hot water crisis in the kitchen . Waitress Amrit told us we ought to be so grateful we got jn "just in time". I found that frankness unnecessary and a tad condescending. We MADE reservations , remember? 5. We don't wish to sit near the doors next time, especially in the winter months.“

“Great place to dip in for a delicious meal with quick service. Nothing fancy, but the menu is full of favourites, from the chicken or pork chop rice plates, grilled vermicelli bowls, classic beef pho, bun bo hue, or more! I come here all the time for dine in or take out.

The venue is beautiful and has great vibes, their prices and value are really good, and I would come back here again for another event (or just for a drink and some food!)

“we just had lunch at the high level diner in Edmonton and it was spectacular. the service was really good. the atmosphere was eclectic and kind of retro and very pleasing to the eye. the food was amazing and the portions are huge and the prices were not. The spinach pie was such a large piece that my friends split it and it was still a lot of food. I had the gluten-free eggs benedict and it was very good with homemade ketchup for the hash browns. wow! that was a nice treat. my husband had the fish and chips and then the four of us had two blueberry crumbles with homemade ice cream and homemade whipped cream a decadent way to finish off a fabulous lunch. thank you so much and we will be back“

“I had a mix-up with my pickup order that accidentally got sent to the wrong Swiss Chalet location. The staff member at the front went above and beyond — he called the other store right away, had my order cancelled and refunded, and then personally made sure my food was prepared quickly at the correct location.

He was super kind, helpful, and made what could have been a frustrating situation really easy. The food was great and the customer service was even better. I really appreciate the effort and will definitely be returning!“
