Went to Hayloft in early August, on a Tuesday night. Ordered the Denver and the strip loin, with a side of Parmesan fries and wedge salads. The whole meal was AMAZING! Most tender steak ever. Loads of shaved Parmesan on the fries. TWO 1/4 head wedges per plate with a light, tangy dressing that had a slightly salty spike from the blue cheese and lots of pieces of real smoked bacon. Food! So so so good! Loved the scallops and of course the oysters. Really enjoyed the crispy beet wedges as well.
