“Well the food is really fresh and hot.We stopped this KFC and order some family bucket 🪣.Everything came with fresh and hot.The interesting thing is that we are not familiar with menu but one of their employee named by Abreshmi was helpful and kind.She explained us and gave us a good deal which was worth price. OVERALL the Atmosphere was really good and Clean.Will recommend this KFC.They are top knoched in their services.“

“Myself and my two kids were pleasantly greeted as soon as we arrived and our food was ready quick. The restaurant was clean and also empty so we had the place to ourselves. When we sat down to eat (who I can only assume was the manager) called out and offered 3 free cups and told us to help ourselves to the pop machine. I never leave reviews but I truly believe this location and its staff deserve the recognition! I hope their regional/district leadership team sees this as well and gives kudos to the team!“

“I've been to this location now twice and compared to all of the other locations I have been to this one has been the best by far. The food was super hot and fresh and tasted amazing. It was not dripping in grease and the chicken tasted fresh. Gravy was nice and thick the way its supposed to be. Loved it and will be back to this location in the future.

Parking: Only 1 complaint is the Parking lot is full of holes, craters. It's a real mess.“

“KFC is near and dear to my heart, but the thing is... I... I might have out grown my fondness with KFC. This place was great. All the things you would expect from a new fast food restaurant. But the chicken just didn't hit and that makes me sad. Don't get me wrong, it was fine, even good. I'm going to get KFC again, likely from this very restaurant, but the feeling, that excitement, that I once had for KFC is... not the same anymore. This place is good, maybe even great, but not for this kid anymore.“

“In this address 3512 137ave. This is the only kfc that i want my food from. Me and my family always wants to have food delivered from here because its always fresh. Their popcorn is also the best!! We also sometimes do takeouts and all their staff is friendly.

I am grateful to have this nearby in my house.

“Went yesterday 1 pm to have lunch at this location. OMG restaurant was very busy. Staff was doing awesome job! What a great service and what a fast , polite and friendly staffs? I highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant. Restaurant was very clean. Food was great and hot sauce are awesome. Lobby table chairs are well maintained and clean.“

“I give 4 stars overall because its really a hit or miss. When its the young lady working food is always fresh and tasty but when its the guy the food is dry and not good.. Also one thing i dont like is that they make you pull over in the parking lot to wait your order instead of staying at drive thru and their parking is very small so it get congested very easy …“

“If I could give eight stars for the service here I would. Kajal went above and beyond in serving me today. I had a little bit of an interesting order and he was fantastic in taking it. Even when I decide to eat in versus taking out, he saw that I changed my mind midway walking out and came to me to give me a napkin. Really kind, genuine and generous guy. If I was running my own business, I would definitely try and steal him away from KFC lol

“I came here and ordered a bunch of things and I realized that when I got home, there was an item missing and the chicken just wasn’t made as fresh as I was expecting, but the management rectified my concerns immediately and replaced everything and give some complimentary items for the inconvenience so even though we had some issues we left with a very good experience and the management and the staff at this location are very Polite, hard-working and I will definitely be back“

“Oh my! This is definitely the best KFC franchise I’ve ever been to. The service was top notch! The customer service rep was the nicest, I wanted to grab the meal for 2 but I didn’t know it required me to have a coupon to present to the rep. I told her I didn’t bring it along and she said it was fine, waives the requirement and then made the order. That’s what is called putting customer service first before money. Keep up the good work guys!

“Third visit and another great experience. Chicken,fries and gravyl was great. They actually put liners in the bucket of chicken this time so the bottom of the chicken didn't get so greasy. It was a bit of a wait but they were extremely busy so understanable.
The staff is great. You can tell this KFC isn't cutting corners like all the other KFC in town. Thank you staff!“
