“I recently stopped by KFC to try their Crispy Chicken, and o, it did not disappoint! The chicken was juicy, crispy, and full of flavor. The portion size was generous, and the price was reasonable. The service was friendly and efficient, too.Try the Tasty Chicken with a side of Fries and gravy were awesome.“

“I've been to this location now twice and compared to all of the other locations I have been to this one has been the best by far. The food was super hot and fresh and tasted amazing. It was not dripping in grease and the chicken tasted fresh. Gravy was nice and thick the way its supposed to be. Loved it and will be back to this location in the future.

Parking: Only 1 complaint is the Parking lot is full of holes, craters. It's a real mess.“

“Went yesterday 1 pm to have lunch at this location. OMG restaurant was very busy. Staff was doing awesome job! What a great service and what a fast , polite and friendly staffs? I highly recommend everyone to visit this restaurant. Restaurant was very clean. Food was great and hot sauce are awesome. Lobby table chairs are well maintained and clean.“

“This location was much better than the other 2 on the north side plus the person behind the counter actually spoke to me like I was a customer and not a bother. The food was super fresh as well the chicken wasn't sitting going greasy it was actually good!“

“Went into this KFC for lunch one day. While there was other customers eating in the restaurant, they all had their food already. I had ordered a Zinger combo and it took them 10 minutes to get it out to me.
Although I will say that it was definitely fresh as I then drove back to work (5 minutes), ate my fries first (they used an additional seasoning on them than normal KFCs just using salt, so they were really good) and by the time I got to my sandwich (10-15 minutes after leaving store) it was still very hot.“

“Can I just say this is the best pizza hut I've ever had. We ordered KFC and it was also good (as always) but the pizza was literally perfect and hot. The other pizza locations should take note and make pizza the same quality. If cheese is so expensive the factor it into the price so it's good!Customer service was good.“

Parking: The parking can get crowded so be careful, I park further back in the lot so I can get my vehicle out quickly! You can choose to park in front of the store when space is available

Wheelchair accessibility: Although the walkway does have a wheel chair access over the curb. The door would have to be held open for you to access this small store plus. The door jamb maybe a problem!“

“Third visit and another great experience. Chicken,fries and gravyl was great. They actually put liners in the bucket of chicken this time so the bottom of the chicken didn't get so greasy. It was a bit of a wait but they were extremely busy so understanable.

“I snuck into the 111 and 124 st for couple of late night sliders, It looked like closing time. I felt a little entitled.but I couldn't pull off a mellinial. The samichs were hot, the fries were even crispy. I never had to ask for ketchup napkins ir a smile. I didn"t feel so bad, I left a tip. The sliders were delicious. “I was pretty much ready to never go to KFC ever again because of most locations in Edmonton. The taste was bad (tasted like fish) and the service was even worse. However, I tried this location and it was like night and day. The chicken tastes like chicken used to taste at KFC in the 70s (excellent) and the service is excellent too. I highly recommend this location but only this one on 178 Street.“

“Oh my! This is definitely the best KFC franchise I’ve ever been to. The service was top notch! The customer service rep was the nicest, I wanted to grab the meal for 2 but I didn’t know it required me to have a coupon to present to the rep. I told her I didn’t bring it along and she said it was fine, waives the requirement and then made the order. That’s what is called putting customer service first before money. Keep up the good work guys!
