KFC in Edmonton

“Not impressed with how expensive KFC has gotten. Not sure why the chicken sandwich that I thought was advertising for older game day for $4. Cost $4.95.

I either remembered the advertised price incorrectly. Or KFC is not charging the advertised price.

Out of 3 bathrooms, only one in operation.

As a woman. I find it disgusting to see an urinal. When using a washroom.

Can't they discreetly be behind a partition in a family washroom.

Am I asking too much. Or has society just begun accepting everything. So we don't offend certain people.

“Well the food is really fresh and hot.We stopped this KFC and order some family bucket 🪣.Everything came with fresh and hot.The interesting thing is that we are not familiar with menu but one of their employee named by Abreshmi was helpful and kind.She explained us and gave us a good deal which was worth price. OVERALL the Atmosphere was really good and Clean.Will recommend this KFC.They are top knoched in their services.“

“We get take aways at times and unfortunately last 3 times they have packed wrong order for us. We call to speak no one answers, left voicemail no follow up is done and obviously there is no fixing it...🙄 but the food is made fast and is mostly fresh“

“Before going to this store, I called in first to make sure they are still open by the time I get there. My first time to see a KFC branch that's open 24/7(for the drive thru). And it was Shiela who answered my call(I was able to confrmed it when I got there). She's really amazing! Cuz she asked me if I want my order be prepared right away... Who would do that!? Well, we all know that in the fast food places, crew and staffs are always exhausted. But not Shiela! And when I got there, she took my order with a big smile on her face. And she never forgot to remind me to come back in two days as they also have good deals every Thursdays... I'm really happy I went here. Not only that the staffs are amazing, the place is very well cleaned too...

Food was amazzing , store was tidy and quick service . Everybody working whom i interacted with were very kind and helpful.
Especially guy naming Mitul if not wrong ,he was so patient with all my customisations and he made sure to follow up about the food.“

“In this address 3512 137ave. This is the only kfc that i want my food from. Me and my family always wants to have food delivered from here because its always fresh. Their popcorn is also the best!! We also sometimes do takeouts and all their staff is friendly.

I am grateful to have this nearby in my house.

“I've been to this location now twice and compared to all of the other locations I have been to this one has been the best by far. The food was super hot and fresh and tasted amazing. It was not dripping in grease and the chicken tasted fresh. Gravy was nice and thick the way its supposed to be. Loved it and will be back to this location in the future.

Parking: Only 1 complaint is the Parking lot is full of holes, craters. It's a real mess.“

“If I could give eight stars for the service here I would. Kajal went above and beyond in serving me today. I had a little bit of an interesting order and he was fantastic in taking it. Even when I decide to eat in versus taking out, he saw that I changed my mind midway walking out and came to me to give me a napkin. Really kind, genuine and generous guy. If I was running my own business, I would definitely try and steal him away from KFC lol

“I came here and ordered a bunch of things and I realized that when I got home, there was an item missing and the chicken just wasn’t made as fresh as I was expecting, but the management rectified my concerns immediately and replaced everything and give some complimentary items for the inconvenience so even though we had some issues we left with a very good experience and the management and the staff at this location are very Polite, hard-working and I will definitely be back“

I always order extra crispy, just be sure to get it by lunch time as it runs out quickly. that being said, you know right away that you are getting your money's worth for tasty chicken sandwich.

the team here keeps a happy atmosphere which radiates on the service they provide to the customers. and thus, reflects in the quality of food served to customers.

This is my go-to place when I crave chicken or simply wants a place to hang out.

Dietary restrictions: there are vegetarian options in tacobell as both KFC and tacobell are in the same restaurant.

Parking: there is ample space for parking.

Kid-friendliness: the staff are all kid-friendly but the only downside is that they don't have kids meal.“
