Missing mixings. Employee was terrified of human contact as if COVID is still a thing. They even block off the freezer so you can't help yourself.So either this location experiences a lot of theft, or they don't trust the science. Lol. What a joke.
Service was slow, when we got there one employee was helping a customer and the other was just standing there, there was two of us and two other customers behind us. When the employee who was helping the first customer came over to serve us. Then the employee just standing around help the people behind us, so I don’t understand why we had to wait. The ice cream was good , and the staff greeted us right away. However we ordered something off their “ menu” and the worker did not put the right ingredients in, even when we asked what was in it, she just told us what she had put it in, which wasn’t what we ordered. We ended up just keeping what she had made, and it was good. But would expect that we would get what we ordered considering the price for the small amount of ice cream you get.
