Made an online order through Skip for an everything bagel sausage and egg meal. The bagel arrived without sausage. I’m not even sure how that could happen when the sausage is actually the main ingredient in the particular sandwich. Very disappointed. Please look at training your staff better or have online orders checked more thoroughly as once the order arrives to somebody’s house they can’t go back to the restaurant and have it fixed.
Went through the drive through with my 2 furry friends. Staff at both windows were super nice this weekend. Complimenting my dogs, and even going as far as to offer me some whip cream for them both. A+ experience that made my day from those staff members
There’s a wonderful, sweet young lady who works in the drive-thru—I believe her name is Kiera. She always provides the best service and is incredibly kind and patient every time I come through. She always seems so happy to be there, and her positive attitude really makes a difference! McDonald’s is lucky to have such a great employee. Keep up the amazing work, Kiera, and keep up the great service, McDonald’s!
