This cafe is a wonderful hidden gem of downtown Edmonton! With the amazing views of the legislature down the street, great pricing, and the welcoming atmosphere, this is a must go for cafes. Ally (who runs the place) goes above and beyond to ensure that your order is exactly how you’d like it! I ordered a matcha frappe and it was absolutely delicious. Came from Calgary for the day and was looking for a lowkey, local cafe for a quick breakfast. Mondo was exactly that, it was quiet, had a good space inside with seating and the staff was so awesome and friendly. Prices were very reasonable for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. When we were enjoying our breakfast the staff came around with some free little pastries for us to try! They seem to have lots of regulars which is always a good sign. Thanks!
