“Easily my favorite place to eat on the north east side of edmonton food is always amazing here can't recommend it enough“

“Stopped for a late lunch with the family and we thoroughly enjoyed the food. We had the calamari, 3 of their noodle soups and one of their clay pot rice. We liked that the soup broths were not overly salty but still tasty, perhaps they don’t use a lot of msg. The clay pot rice was excellent. Service was very good, friendly and efficient.

“Large bowls of yummy and chewy hand made noodles with hot broth. Very comforting. We had the duck noodle soup, wonton noodle soup and lan's beef noodle soup between a family of 5 (3 kids and 2 adults) and this was plenty. You have a choice between 5 type of noodles and we picked classic style for all ours dishes. They had cutlery and cups for the kids which I thought was thoughtful. There were 2 staff in total there (both prepared the food and also served tables) on a Sunday night and I thought they were very efficient and got the job done. We ordered green onion cake as a starter but they came out after the noodles, towards the end of the meal but we understood as it got busy and there were only 2 workers. I don't have any photos to post as we gobbled everything up. One other thing I liked was they had plenty of vegan options which was great for my sister. All in all, would definately recommend and we will likely be back another time!“

“This amazing little stand makes the best noodles I have ever eaten, I could eat their prepackaged noodles with different types of meat every day of the week, their prices are really good $10 per package , i was broken hearted when the pandemic happened because I couldn’t get my fix of my favourite noodles, now after asking around I discovered that they are open ! I can’t wait to get some and if you want to get addicted to these amazing noodles please try them, they are quick and easy and so amazing for a busy day and a busy family plus your helping a community to stay vibrant and alive by buying local it’s a win win situation the whole way around ! ♥️“

“Love this spot. So cute inside and the staff are all really kind. The milk tea is delicious! They don’t use powder so you can really taste the flavors in the tea. The shredded potatoes have a tasty chili oil flavor. And the chicken wings!! I don’t even normally go for chicken wings but these are so good. The batter has this lemony/salty flavor and they are really crispy and fresh. 10/10 recommend.“

“We have a chance to eat here last weekend for the first time. Talk about flavourful dishes. This restaurant has the most tasteful food I have had with a lot of all you can eat. Let alone the broth, tastes amazing. Friendly atmosphere for diners new in the place. Here are the best in the menu in my opinion. A4. Rice Noodle Soup with Braised Bone-in and A11. Sea Food Tom Yum Gong Rice Noodle. My favourite desserts hands down is E7. Deep- Fried Pumpkin Pancake with Red Bean Paste. Will definitely recommend and come back again. 10/10“

“I used to come here when I was a student. Amongst all the ramen I've tried, I still always gravitate to the black garlic ramen. Simple but delicious, rich and authentic. The portions are great for the cost. Highly recommend checking this place out!“

“Yummy! My sandwich was so delicious, again. The bread was crispy as were the vegetables. The meat was fresh and there was just the right amount of pate. I have had at least five banh mi cold cut sandwiches in the past month or so. The staff are very friendly and quick to take your order and get you a glass of water if you are ordering to go. My favorite go to place for a nice light bite. Thanks Da Kao!!“

“definitely me and my mom’s go-to place whenever we’re craving Korean food. The food is always so good — the meat is tender, the soup is super tasty, and the prices are just right for the quality you get.

One of the things I love is that there’s almost never a wait, so we can just walk in and enjoy a nice meal without the hassle. The owner is amazing too — always smiling and making you feel welcome. The service here honestly makes the whole experience even better.

If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great food and friendly vibes, I highly recommend giving Jung Korean Restaurant a try. It’s definitely worth it!“

I have only ordered delivery so I can't speak to the restaurant experience but the food is delicious!

The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because the meat comes frozen for the Pho soup and it cools the broth right off.

Portions are great!

Salad rolls are huge!
Green onion cakes are on point!
So much meat in the soup.
Broth is so good that I save it for later after I've ate all the meat and noodles.“

“I really love this place! After moving from downtown, I struggled to find a Chinese restaurant for months near Edgemont that I really enjoyed. The owner and staff are all very accommodating and kind, though, and the food is always good and reasonably priced. For $43, dinner for 2 is a great deal. Since I live 15km away, delivery is $6. It's worth it, though, as the ma po tofu, ginger beef, sweet and sour pork, wor won ton soup, and vietnamese spring rolls are all super tasty.“

“Went to Oodle Noodle for the first time ever since one opened up down the road from me and was super impressed! Tried the chow mien noodles with teriyaki and chicken and I would hands down say this was the best chow mien I’ve ever had. One take away container was enough for two meals, and they do not skimp on the chicken! Green onion cakes were crispy and FULL of green onion flavour, I would say this is hard to attain since most Phó shops have a hard time balancing the flavour in these! My Husband tried the ginger beef with rice and his only negative was that there could have been extra sauce on the beef for the rice. Otherwise the rice was perfect and the ginger beef had a great flavour! 10/10 would recommend they were pretty busy and got our meals out to us relatively quick considering everything is made to order!“

“Cantonese food here is just delicious! We can tell each dish was made to order, very tasty, good priced, and large portion sizes. The salted fried rice dish is a bit strong in flavor so it might not be for everyone. Highly recommend the beef fried noodle dish (first picture) and the black pepper beef dish with fried vegetables (third picture). These 5 dishes only come up to just under $100, enough for 4 people and 2 full take out boxes. However, the restaurant can be quite busy and the wait can be quite long. We can tell waiter and waitresses were working hard to keep everyone happy. However good food and high standards take time, so be prepared to wait if the restaurant is full

“I picked up 2 meals and paid for a paper bag to put the 2 bowls in ..
When we arrived home I preceeded to pick the bag out of truck ,the bag broke and both containers fell to the ground .. We were moving and didn't have anything to eat so I went back to Edos,to reorder ,.I told them the situation ,and they replaced both meals .
What a pleasant surprise, I want thank the staff for being so kind and replacing our supper .. It was very tasty and hot .
Thank you to everyone involved, it made our day after a busy day of moving, Thanks again.“
