When it first opened I was worried that Normand was going to lose his shirt. It has turned into the place to dine before the Citadel or going to the Winspear. Prices are high but food and service are great. Nice staff.
This was my second visit to Normand's. Both occasions have been during my lunch for work. I've thoroughly enjoyed the food both times. Service was great. Large portions. Not too busy, perfect for a quick lunch! The chicken penne is amazing.

I went to Normand's Bistro tonight (march 7th, 2020) as I was taking in an ESO concert at 8pm. Everything was perfect! As I was alone, they asked if I wouldn't mind sitting at the bar. I didn't want to take up a table during their peak time so I gladly accepted the bar seat. The bartender and server were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the Roast Chicken Penne.
