Popeyes has a bad reputation for customer service at tims. This location blew me away with how sweet they were. I waited maybe 20 seconds and the lady (I think Leslian, sorry if i butchered it) acknowledged me and said it would be a min bc they had some delivery orders. Ordered seafood they forgot to drop and she let me know immediately when they found out and even with the slip up I had my food pretty quickly. Popayes has a great chicken taste, today am offered free lunch by their wonderful training Manager Leslian she’s a very good lady I forgot my bank card and she offered me the lunch her customer service skills are exceptional and she’s a very friendly and welcoming person. Keep it up
