Im a fan of ramen and when I tried this ramen oh woww Super yummy! ☺️ the service is fast, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I will recommend this place for a ramen lover and for a new one 😁
Everything was great. The only thing I want to point out is that each bowl of ramen was $20. I get that the price of everything is on the rise, but that's quite expensive in my experience. They're not located in a high rent area. If anything, small strip mall in a small neighborhood, rent should be cheaper.

Great Ramen! Loved the noodles and broth. I just found the meat to have that 'leftover' taste that I'm not a fan of- it definitely didn't taste very fresh. Also the egg was cold in the middle which I'm not used to.
I do wish they had some pepper sauce and salt on the table also.
But overall the broth was tasty enough that if I'm ever craving a very creamy bone broth, I would choose to come here for ramen.

The tan tan ramen is a standout favorite, though it’s occasionally a special item. The restaurant also has a decent selection, including Bao buns, gyoza, and takoyaki. The Chicken Shoyu Ramen features fresh noodles and a deliciously flavorful broth, making for a satisfying experience. The friendly staff is attentive and courteous, and the cozy atmosphere makes this hidden gem a top lunch spot. Although parking can be difficult to find and signage is not completely visible, the restaurant is located inside Monty’s restaurant. Highly recommended for ramen lovers and fans of amazing fried chicken, this spot is considered one of the best Japanese restaurants in Edmonton, with generous portions that offer great value for the price.
