“I just came from a long trip and needed some food so i stopped at this location and ATUL was leading the shop. He was very friendly with me and listened my order very carefully and served my food with a preety smile. We talked a lot as I was very tired and needed some refreshment. I mean what more can you ask from a store with such a good guy. 5 stars for him. Cheers“

“Our office ordered 4 party platters last minute and when I went to pick up the order it was ready earlier than expected and the sandwiches were made beautifully and presented so nicely and well packaged. The sandwiches were made to order and were made so quickly. The staff was wonderful. Friendly, kind and so helpful as a staff member carried the boxes to my car for me. “I usually don't prefer this store due to the cold service, but Mandeep completely turned things around for me! She gave me a warm welcome, had a great smile, and excellent customer service skills. I loved her unique way of building the sub, putting the sauces before the veggies so it stays neat and tight inside the bread instead of getting all over your mouth. She is so open to recommendations and questions. Because of her wonderful attitude, this is now my usual Subway spot!“

“Big shout-out to this location! Due to a system glitch, my order didn’t get processed properly, and I wasn’t able to get a refund or the subs before closing.

I came back two days later, and the staff still remembered me and were willing to make the subs for me right away. I didn’t have to worry about anything or do anything—just wait for a little while and walk away with my food.

“This Subway location at 15525 is my favorite Subway to buy my subs from. The staff here is always friendly and able to make my subs with the extras I ask for. I ordered 3 subs and used my App's Buy 2,Get the 3rd free promo deal, and KD & his crew made them all perfectly. The bread, ingredients and veggies are always fresh. And the Dine in area is very clean. My rotisserie-chicken footlongs were great today, thank you KD and Ala!“

“Best subway in the city. Super clean, the two ladies who are working during the day are very friendly and proficient. Everything looks nice and neat and organized. “Most of the time I go, I have a good experience. I try to go when the best worker is there, as she remembers my order and ensures the best customer service in any fast food restaurant i’ve been to. Sheila has always been such a kind soul, making my simple order with love and care, while also providing small talk.

However, when she is not the one making my food, I get a bad vibe in the store. It feels demotivating, forced, and a little miserable. The few times I am served by a different person, the food is mid, and I feel judged or like I’m asking for a lot when I communicate my order. Mind you, my order is a foot long meatball marinara with white italian bread, a little extra marinara sauce, and cheddar cheese. I get no toppings or sauces, but when I ask for cheddar cheese instead of white, it’s like I’m asking for them to move the stantec building with a fork.

I continue going to this location for my subway cravings, because I count on Sheila being my server. When she’s not there, I know the food and service will be poor.“
