“I just came from a long trip and needed some food so i stopped at this location and ATUL was leading the shop. “I initially laughed when that young fellow, Jhaki I believe, said he takes pride in making good sandwiches—because it reminded me of that one Zach Hadel skit, you know the one—but I was not laughing for long. That was a life-changing sandwich he put together for me, I previously had no clue Subway was capable of that. The ingredients were perfectly proportioned and arranged so that every bite jat the perfect texture and balance of flavors.

“Came in on a Monday evening, didn’t want to cook. Nicholas was friendly and greeted me. Anhad was also friendly and patient while I decide on which sandwich to get. She then put the sandwich together and provided recommendations when I couldn’t decide. I know this is just fast food but the attitude of the two are enough for me to revisit in future. Place was clean, food is fresh, and service is excellent.“

today, June 16th, I had the new steak and bbq sauce sub.
pulled out 3 pieces of unchewable fat.
that's ok, steak has fat.
Went to the bathroom to wash all the drippings from my hands and had to go get a key, understandable.
Washed up...had to smack the air dryer to get it to work then after I took a pee...no toilet paper on either roll on the near floor mounted toilet paper holder to flush and open the door.
WHAT IF I HAD A POOP?
WHAT REASTERAUNT LETS BOTH TOILET PAPER ROLL HOLDERS GO DRY ?
That would have been a tragic and funny as hell moment in my life.

“Most of the time I go, I have a good experience. I try to go when the best worker is there, as she remembers my order and ensures the best customer service in any fast food restaurant i’ve been to. Sheila has always been such a kind soul, making my simple order with love and care, while also providing small talk.

However, when she is not the one making my food, I get a bad vibe in the store. It feels demotivating, forced, and a little miserable. The few times I am served by a different person, the food is mid, and I feel judged or like I’m asking for a lot when I communicate my order. Mind you, my order is a foot long meatball marinara with white italian bread, a little extra marinara sauce, and cheddar cheese. I get no toppings or sauces, but when I ask for cheddar cheese instead of white, it’s like I’m asking for them to move the stantec building with a fork.

I continue going to this location for my subway cravings, because I count on Sheila being my server. When she’s not there, I know the food and service will be poor.“

“I went there at night and placed an order online. A bug happened with the Subway app and it changed the location of the order to Vancouver. I tried calling the place but they weren’t providing me with help so I went up to this store for assistance and a young guy doing night shift, who I didn’t get the name of, guided me with the problem.
