Based on the reviews, Sushi Wave offers some of the best sushi in Edmonton and Canada. The food is absolutely amazing and delicious, with extremely fresh raw fish. The rolls are huge with great value and not an insane amount of rice. Standout dishes include the mango paradise roll, miso soup, Katsu (curry and baked cheese), shrimp tempura, grilled salmon, and Chicken karaage. The matcha crème brule is addicting, and a yuzu cheesecake with a subtle orange flavour is a perfect finish. The service is great, with sweet, polite, and accommodating staff who are very knowledgeable of the menu. The atmosphere is very chill and cozy, straightforward, clean, and well maintained. It is a new go-to spot for sushi, perfect for birthdays, dates, or just because.
