Went tonight to celebrate my fathers 80th birthday. We sat down and after about five minutes we were asked for our drink order and if we were ready to order our food. We asked for a few more minutes to look at the menu. We had to wave the waitress over after about 15 minutes to give our order. After sitting for 70 minutes we had still not received our food. No one had come over to apologize for the delay or explain why we were yet to receive our meals. Not once did the waitress come and offer refills in our drinks. Two tables by us sat for at least 20 minutes with dirty plates in front of them with nothing being cleared away. At the 70 minute mark we decided to not wait any longer and decided to leave. May attempt this restaurant again after a few months hopefully they can iron out the kinks and train their staff better.

The front of house staff were poorly equipped, but hard working. one of our enters came out burnt, and the server offered to comp it. we saw the server approach his manager. the manager started berating the server on the floor infront of everyone. then instead of him coming to tell us there wouldn't be a comp he sent his server back to tell us himself. it was abusive and completely unnecessary. Do better with your management.
