“This location is so clean and so bright and inviting. The lady who helped us tonight was amazingly kind. She treated my 5 year old like she was a little super star and kept complimenting her cat ear headband. She was probably the nicest lady we've had at a fast food restaurant. Seriously, give her a promotion or something. I dont know her name but she was the darker skin toned lady with her hair in a bun who was on the night shift (Thursday June 4th @720). The bathrooms are also super tidy and hygienic. Really great experience.“

“The woman working the drive through tonight was so sweet, RBC seemed to be having some issues so my card wasn’t working and she handled it with such grace and patience. I was on my way home after a 9 hour drive and she was a shining light in what would have otherwise been my absolute last straw LOL. “The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly, which is what inspired me to leave this review. I especially want to highlight Luc, you can tell he genuinely cares about customer service. He went out of his way to suggest better options tailored to what I was looking for. The restaurant was also very clean, which made the whole experience better.“

“I was at the 127 street location and they refused to make the poutine with mushroom sauce . Made me drive 15 minutes to this wonderful location to be served the same order request. Took my order instantly. Faster service here and much more accommodating.

“My family and I ordered our food last night at the Tamarack location. Upon entering the store, Kunal greeted us warmly. He was very friendly and helpful. He even helps us with our order so that we will come up with a good selection based on our food preferences. The service was fast and efficient.

I will definitely come back because of my fantastic experience with Kunal.“

“You know I haven't been to Wendy's in a long time and my kids say let's go to Wendy's and I know I don't go to Wendy's cuz the food is outrageously priced and it's just not very appealing when you open the packages up. I just don't enjoy the way the meat and everything taste when they serve it to you“

“This is a combined Wendy’s/Tim Hortons location. The Tim Hortons side is always busy, and the Wendy’s side is usually dead or has a short line. The staff are very friendly and are very quick and precise with orders, the atmosphere leave something to be desired given the prevalent homeless population that tends to use this location for a place to sleep or beg for money. I haven’t seen any on-site security, but I have seen security guards check in with the counter from time to time. I do feel safe here, and would go back again.“

“The Wendy's staff are incredible, and incredibly fast for whatever order you. It's like they know what you're going to order before you get there.

I cannot / will not ever stop going to Wendy's until the day I die. But ever since I became a vegan, I had to slow down drastically on my intake. It was a very depressing moment.

“Icy is incredibly nice and very likeable. I’m not sure if she’s an employee or the manager, but she clearly knows what she’s doing. From welcoming customers to taking orders and preparing food, everything felt smooth and professional. I asked for recommendations, and she suggested the sausage or bacon wraps for breakfast. I tried one and it was so good and i mean look how she made them. Great service overall! Definitely come see her if you want a friendly and easygoing experience.“

“I have an app. I get points. I go to more then 1 store to use the 250 points to get a jr bacon cheese burger. They never scan my app. The one guy said they have a button on the cash register. So I said I get my free one and he scanned my app and gave me a 2nd burger. I looked at my app and I still had my 250 points and got another 50 points.“

“Service was quick as we arrived at 1pm, otherwise, there will probably be lots of customers or students from the nearby school.

The burgers and fries were great as usual. The fountain drink machine is not that touch sensitive. It's a bit slow and line up could be long.

Parking: Limited parking due to other businesses in the same area.“
