“Was in the neighborhood and found this place on Google maps... So happy I did! Lunch for three was delicious, mostly salmon sushi, but I tried the dynamite and California rolls too. On a cold winter day the Miso soup and tea were perfect. It was under $60 for three of us including tip. What a ace!

Vegetarian options: There is a vegetarian section on the menu, the cucumber rolls were great.

Kid-friendliness: There is a kids meal on the menu, tempura, teriyaki chicken, California roll, and a bit more.

Wheelchair accessibility: The front door may be tricky (not automatic) but it is WC accessible.”

“10/5 would eat here all day every day if I could afford to LOL. My mind was blown at all that was on offer. Whoever your chefs are my hats off to them. The food the flavors the pairings the combinations of flavors the presentation on top of an atmosphere carefully curated into a cozy lively Japanese style tapas bar with the most stellar customer service from your servers you can't go wrong here, you just can't. My brain had fireworks going off the entire time I was there tasting everything I had ordered from the duck and beef tataki to the 5 assorted sashimi and the aburi saba. It was "chef's kiss". If you're new to Edmonton and love Japanese styled and inspired foods you HAVE TO COME HERE. Reservations highly encouraged we got lucky to get in as quick as we did without one, but this place is VERY popular.”

“We took a stop on the way to BC at KFC. As I am a vegetarian and I didn’t have any option instead of beyond meat burger so there was a guy with turban may be jaskaran. He was very friendly and help me a lot in vegetarian option. Thank you very much.”

“Everything about this restaurant is exceptional and exudes high-class quality—from the complimentary treats at the beginning to the outstanding service throughout. Our servers, Cristine and Emma, were both courteous and attentive, offering excellent recommendations that led us to some truly delicious dishes. They messed up on an order of wings and made it right by delivering the proper order and even added an extra set of wings for the Inconvenience!
Bit tricky to get to if you don't know where to go though.

“Located in the entrance of the Lobsticks Hotel. Starbucks feeling. Ideal for a quick coffee and snacks to go or eat on site. Prices are completely ok for local conditions. In the morning we came over from the neighboring hotel Chateau Jasper for a quick breakfast before skiing. Not set up like a coffee shop in that sense. You sit at a counter in front of the window on high chairs or in the seating area of ​​the hotel foyer.”

“Probably the best Cafe breakfast I’ve ever had, The Right Before My Berry Eyes breakfast bowl was absolutely delicious, flavoursome and colourful. For lunch I had a Mixed Green Salad with Chicken, set off on our way, where we found the perfect spot next to the Athabasca River. Again the salad hit the spot, delicious and flavoursome.
Whatever you’re in the mood for, I’m sure Lostlands Cafe will have something fantastic for you to eat or drink. Service is fabulous, have patience, everything is made to order and it’s worth it 🥰🤩”

“We've eaten many times at Evil Dave's over the years in both the old and new locations and have always enjoyed our meals, but this seemed special. The cowboy sushi never gets old... maybe one of the best appies of all time, anywhere. It was comfort food that reminded us that things will eventually get back to normal in Jasper. (And the rainbow trout was perfect, too) Great atmosphere, great service, and great value.”

“We had a wonderful dinner, so great we came back twice! I got the stone pot bibimbap which was good and I have eaten lots of it! The California rolls and gyoza were very good (I’ve had some bad flavorless versions in the past). Had the house salad to go which was also fresh. Staff is very friendly and cute decor.
