“Like any business, there is always room for improvement, and this Edo location is no exception. That said, I have generally found the service and food to be consistent.

I typically order takeout, and over my last two visits I have noticed a decrease in the amount of chicken served, particularly when paying for extra chicken. Last week, we ordered two Teriyaki Chicken meals—one regular and one with extra chicken—and it was difficult to tell the difference between them. In fact, the order with extra chicken appeared to have more mushrooms rather than noticeably more chicken.

I understand that food costs have increased, but if I am paying for extra meat, I expect to receive pay I paid for, not additional mushrooms. Since we requested the sauce on the side, it was easy to compare the two orders and notice the difference.

Staff, please take care of customers first - socializing with your friends during work hours isn't very professional.“
