Our server more than made up for the having to get the manager to determine if we could be accommodated. Our server Michael was friendly, good sense of humour and very professional! There's now plenty of room between tables, making it easy to move chairs back and forth without bumping into anything. It feels much more comfortable and relaxed. “Lunch yesterday my wife and I. Ordered chicken club and fettuccine. It was delicious. Server was very good with a bit of humour. Atmosphere was relaxing. Manager brought out the dishes , friendly courteous, left then came back moments later to say here is more fries that just came out of the fryer. I recommend them highly. It’s one of our go-to restaurants to get consistent service and quality.”

The brown girl working there had long hair, kind eyes, and the most beautiful smile — she completely brightened my evening. I had to be on a very strict diet for a while and spinach salad was grilled chicken was just as I needed it, no souse no spices just veggies and protein. My stomach is saying thank you!

This location really does take pride in the product they have going out the door.”

“1st time patronizing a Church’s Texas Chicken, upon the suggestion by a friend I don’t see often unless I’m in MHat! The staff on Wed Aug 30th @ 1pm, are friendly - helpful - polite & happy. I’m not a fan of chicken, however I had 2 pieces, 1 each of the original + spicy flavours, both were crispy & tasty. The honey butter biscuit is delicious & the jalapeno poppers with dipping sauce is yummy. Great Job ⭐️”

“I found this shop when I was in Medicine Hat this past May (2023). They were so accommodating allowing us flexibility to pick up our order. They froze our cheesecakes so well, the handled the trip back to Montana very well. Most importantly, everyone we served slices to LOVED their cheesecakes!! I'll be back in two weeks and already have my order in to bring home this trip! Thank you all so much!! You are the best!!”

And Michael (son of the boss) provided excellent service as well. He gave us some candy and gift as souvenir at the end. It was a shame that we did't have any stuff to give him. So I'm going to send my best regard here. Thank you so much Michael and god bless you!”

“I can't believe this is what's happening to this restaurant 😔 all the workers' are great except for the one who stole my point.
I walked in ordered the Canadian eggs and bacon breakfast he scanned my phone then took my order then said that I needed to link my bank account with the order??? He then said that I didn't have enough points to get the breakfast I had enough points he deleted the scan and since when do you have to link your bank account.
Now why would I come into the place if I didn't have enough points 😭😭😭😭😭 I'm very disappointed with this. I checked my point before I ask 😕 if I didn't think 🤔. I've been saving these points for awhile , was looking forward to breakfast I'm not rich and I been collecting the points for awhile the date this happened was Sun Dec 7 2025 at 10 am . So it turns out that according to a friend of mine that frequently Gose to that location the owner served me and showed me that if I'd hit the more button I would have gotten my points back but the owner should have known that was the situation but acted like I was a looser and for that I will not be going back to that location.
Don't expect myself or my friends using the Dunmore location for the rest of the year.

“Party of 3 people, when we got there the place was empty. So we had our choice of seating, LOL. Waitress was very friendly, and helpful. All of us had the ribs, with garlic mashed potatoes and broccoli. The food was amazing, great taste, and literally fell off the bone. Everything was hot and fresh. Had the Sticky Toffee Pudding for desert. It also was delicious. Oh, and by now the place was filling up with clientele and I guess we were early for supper. We will be back.....”

“The kids loved this, what a find!! Had some last-minute things to do, and they came through with a team order of 20 people.

Chicken is actually quite moist and juicy, not as oily as other's. Battered quite nicely too. Not sure if it's a Canadian chain but sure would recommend.

Not sure if they offered a discount if you mentioned their hotel directory ad but definitely give them a day's notice.

I’ve been there a couple of times, and Conner is an excellent bartender who always makes sure you’re well taken care of.

My go-to starter is the crispy calamari. For mains, I highly recommend the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, fish and chips, and the spicy Thai chicken soup — all consistently delicious. I also really enjoy their happy hour drinks and starters, along with the great variety of beverages available.”
