“Stopped by Tim’s around 8 p.m. on October 31st, and it honestly turned into one of the best moments of my day. The brown girl working there had long hair, kind eyes, and the most beautiful smile — she completely brightened my evening. I really, really liked her; something about her warmth and positivity just stood out.
It wasn’t just great coffee — it was the feeling she created with her friendly attitude and genuine smile. She made my Halloween feel special without even knowing it. I really hope I get the chance to see her again someday.“
“Well I'll start by saying I love timmies always have and the staff at this location was great only concern I had was the washroom was a disaster their was poo on the toilet seat paper all over the floor and just generally not clean yes I did notify staff but there was no urgency to clean it I was there for 30minutes and no one made their way to clean it despite only having 2 other customers come in“
“This review is not about any Tim Hortons employees, it is about the two racists who were yelling and swearing at Smiley and Vic (Tim's employees). These two white racists were cruel and harassing and should have had the cops called on them, but the Timmy employees tried to accommodate their requests. I am disappointed that racism is still rearing its ugly head. My heart goes out to Smiley and Vic (so friendly and great at their jobs). Shame on the racists!“
“I enjoy coming here most times. The guys are quite pleasant but the ladies could defiantly improve their additude and manners. People wanna come back to places when people are nice. Keep up the possativity guys. And please guys don't sweep the floor next to customers while they are eating. Sweeping throws up dust and can ruin food and appetites thanks.“
“I go here almost every day for my iced coffee with almond milk and it’s always made super good. Any other tim’s seems to mess it up most of the time. On top of that, they are always super speedy and friendly:) I never wait longer than 4 mins in the drive thru.“
“The customer service is always fast, efficient and attentive at this location. If i need coffee, unless im up town i will go past most other locations to get to this spot.
The coffee is always hot and the proper amount of sugar and cream. The only thing is there lunch selection is limited due to there size, but they stock the good sandwiches any way! Just be respectful of the people in robes, wheelchairs or iv bars, remember they may not be able to stand in long as lomg as you. Not requirement but i feel they should have a dedicated line for patients.
Other than that, great service!
Parking: Parking may be limited, but if you are healthy, there is lots of street parking on blocks around!
Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly, but there are hospital patients around, so be sure they use inside voices hehe (from an experienced uncle)
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its in a hospital!“
