Super disappointed I stopped at this location and Debra was quick to make it right. Not only did she have the beverage remade she quickly apologized for the error with her cheerful bubbly attitude! “Hands down the best Tim Hortons around Red Deer! This staff is so kind and goes beyond! I live in Penhold and drive to this location every morning even though Penhold has a Tim Hortons. This place is unmatched! The food is cooked perfectly every time! It’s truly the amazing staff that makes this place!“

“Always satisfied with the meal for the most part. I find whenever certain managers are working (2 am. shift), the burgers always come out easier to eat due to the appropriate amount of sauce. The other times there is so much sauce once you pick it up, it just squishes out and makes a big mess. No complaints otherwise.“
