I have been there many times and ALL staff members are extremely wonderful. Only once I did not get what I ordered and it was from a person in training. We all make mistakes. Place is always clean. Food is fresh.
Ponoka subway was a very welcoming experience. Good, fresh ingredients a very clean store. The men’s washroom was blocked but other than that make this place a stop for your next lunch!

The only employee I’ve encountered at this location that actually enjoys his job, is Ben. The rest of the employees all seem to hate their job, they rush through orders, give short, cold responses with rude tones and do not care about the appearance of what they are making. Multiple times have ended up with a slop sandwich, and just made to feel like I was doing them an inconvenience by even being there.
