“I placed an online order through my Starbucks app, and upon pickup, I didn’t realize I had ordered from the wrong location. I didn’t have time to go to the other location, so I just placed another order. Before I could pay, the barista with the platinum blonde hair offered it to me. It was completely unexpected, especially since it was my fault, but I really appreciated her kindness, especially during the early morning rush. 🤍“

She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. They don't have a drive through, which makes the pace of things at this location a bit less frenetic than others, and there's always been a very laid-back ambience here. “Went through drive through yesterday at the Taylor Drive location and had the best customer service ever! Ordering was very nice. The lady was very cheerful and sounded happy to help us, but the gentleman that greeted us at the window was the most awesome customer service I’ve ever received. He was happy and cheerful. We had to wait for our one drink and told us we can put our window up because it was really cold out. Then when he gave us our drink he said “Have a wonderful day. Stay cold.” ? Took a second for it to click in because it’s usually stay warm. Was awesome. The look on his face when my sister and I started howling and laughing. Made our day. Love his sense of humour . “I haven't been to Starbucks in quite a while, but I'll definitely be going back to that location! Staff was super friendly, especially the staff member who took my order (I believe her name is Patty), and the food/coffee were wonderful.“

“I went with my mom, who has dementia to this particular tims to get the usual. The person that day helping was mark. He was kind and patient. But what stood out was, seems little, but when we recieved our coffee, between me and mark just bantering back and forth, (im a talker), I noticed that he had automatically put on the sleeves. Me and mom both have issues have our hands and heat. I mentioned that I don't think I've seen that for a while, and when I do ask at other tims, it would seem a chore for them to grab them😕. He replied they do it all the time, and that thr other tims don't do it as a cost measuring thing. But, mostly it was mark that made that whole transaction a joy!.
