She recommended a new twist on my old favorite, caramel drizzle on my vanilla bean frappacino. She even suggested drizzling caramel down the sides of the cup. “I placed an online order through my Starbucks app, and upon pickup, I didn’t realize I had ordered from the wrong location. I didn’t have time to go to the other location, so I just placed another order. Before I could pay, the barista with the platinum blonde hair offered it to me. It was completely unexpected, especially since it was my fault, but I really appreciated her kindness, especially during the early morning rush. 🤍“

“The person who took my order through the drive-thru was lovely. My drink did get messed up, as I think a shift change happened mid-drink making. When I went in to ask them to add the missing caramel the batista immediately apologies and remade it super fast. I appreciate how quick they were to correct the error. :)“
