“We came to celebrate a birthday and were not disappointed! From the second we sat down, our server Stephanie was kind, attentive, and informative…our chef Alvin was engaging, fun, and entertaining! Both of these staff members made it truly an unforgettable visit…they both went above and beyond, and interacted with our children throughout the entire meal and made it an incredible experience for our entire family. This is definitely more than just a restaurant - it is absolutely an experience and we would recommend 100% (especially for kids - they won’t stop talking about how much fun they had)!“

“Stopped in randomly and we were super impressed. We’re able to get a table right away. The service was super friendly and prompt throughout. Coffees and breakfast were all fantastic (we got the breakfast poutine and the Turkish eggs that were on special). Highly recommend and we will definitely be coming back. “Great value. Food quality higher than average, price good, and portions large. Food seems healthy. Overall very good value. First picture is bibimbap, second is Dosirak. Also had the chicken curry (karage style), it was tasty, filling with lots of rice and made with coconut milk. Tokoyaki seemed standard.“

“This is honestly the best Subway location I’ve ever been to in Calgary. The store is always spotless, and the food is consistently fresh the bread is fluffy, the veggies are crisp, and everything tastes amazing every single time. They’re also very generous with their portions, which makes a huge difference in the quality of the sandwiches.

They always wrap everything with care so nothing falls apart, and their hygiene and presentation are excellent. They have mixed up a few of my online orders before, but despite that, this location still deserves a full 5 stars. The quality, freshness, and service here are unmatched.“

“Beautiful atmosphere. The place is not very big, but very cozy. The service truly deserves 5 stars — the woman behind the bar is always friendly, kind, and professional. She gives excellent service every time, is very responsive, and it’s always a pleasure to talk to her. She even helped us clean up after we accidentally spilled hot chocolate, which we really appreciated. Honestly, she deserves a bonus for the way she treats customers!

As a coffee lover, I can say the quality is excellent — very well prepared and truly delicious. It’s not easy to find coffee like this in Calgary. The food was also tasty and stored properly and neatly.“

“Let me start by telling you about the buffalo chicken mac and cheese poutine - absolutely delectable. Some may say scrumdididilydumpsious. The mac and cheese was ooey gooey, cheesy greatness. The acidity from the buffalo chicken sent electric currens through my body. Don’t get me started with the gravy… ay papi. Eat here if you want to feel your soul touch the heavens.“

“First visit here tonight, the beer was great (definitely try the Sahti!) and their bread and meat board was something else. However, I think my highlight here was the staff. The head brewer (owner I presume?) gave me a quick education on brewing Sahti and their baker chatted with us about how she makes her amazing bread and all the other in house items she makes. 100% recommend this little brewery and will definitely be back“

“Just wanted to say we drove from Vancouver Island BC today and after we checked in to our hotel we walked over. I wanted to visit last time here and never got the chance. It was priority #1 this trip and couldn't be happier. 1st! And most important! CARRIE WAS AMAZING! FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE QUICK EXPLAINED THE PROCESS TO THE TWO NEWBIES, DUSCUSSED EVERYTHING WE ASKED AND DID NOT MAKE US FEEL RUSHED. YOU ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HER! SHE MADE THE PLACE FEEL LIKE WE WERE AT A 5STAR RESTAURANT. We were in Vegas a few weeks ago and Carrie gave the same if not better service than we had at Hells Kitchen. Please thank her from us! Dinner did not disappoint! Blueberry burnt ends? Cmon ! Awesome! Brisket turkey shrimp each were fantastic. That vinegar sauce? Feel free to ship me a bottle or a case! Lol. Located close by the airport and along the route to get on the highway to get to Banff, this restaurant is a must visit. “Amazing date night Notable Restaurant My husband and I went on a flavor vacation tonight at Notable, and the first stop was the Embered Oysters. O. M. G. These little beauties left us speechless. They were baked in rich chili garlic butter, with delicate ribbons of spinach. We then both ordered the tenderloin. My husband went for a side of the baked potato, but this wasn’t your average russet with a dollop of sour cream…this was a big, glorious red-skinned potato loaded with house-made sour cream and a bacon vinaigrette that should be its own food group. Every bite was salty, creamy, buttery perfection. He added a horseradish sauce, which was less like the nose-tingling stuff you think of and more like a gravy-meets-horseradish situation. Paired well with anything it touches. I went for the potato gratin, which was life-changing. It was like biting into a cheesy, salty, melt-in-your-mouth potato cloud with the most perfect crusted cheese top. We also ordered the half lobster (flavourfully baked and fell out of the shell) and the beets…which I loved the first couple bites however, I like the earthy taste highlighted and they were glazed in a blueberry maple glaze that was a bit too sweet for me…perfect for my husband. He happily finished them off while I went back to my cheesy cloud. By the end of the night, we were already planning our next visit because our taste buds are basically addicted now. And shoutout to Ashley, our server, who was attentive, hilarious, and the cherry on top of a perfect dinner.“

Great atmosphere, good food, live music, our server(Sarah?) was so friendly and funny and kept on top of everything on a very busy night. They even had a visit from a mummer! Will definitely visit again when we are in Calgary. Loved the whole experience!!!“
