“Very authentic feeling by pub, great decor and vibe. Food tastes homemade and small batch- I had a soup and sandwich special- pastrami/noodle soup and BLT with cheddar, my husband had the bangers and mash- the sausages were locally sourced and delicious. Staff is very attentive and personable. Really nice place to have a proper natter and a catch up with friends- we’ll be back!“

“As a disabled person 👨🏻‍🦽,not all local places are accessible. Almost feels on purpose sometimes. Sherlock’s in Sherwood Park is a different story. Friendly accommodating staff like I’ve never experienced. Their tables are well spaced with a good wide path to the accessible bathrooms that a chair can actually fit in and close the door. Food and drinks are prompt , disabled parking always available. I’m going to mention how great the staff are again because they even go out of their way to set up a shorter table near the action on open mic nights . Also the best place for open mic’s Thursdays to see new emerging talent, with the most awesome host and artist Jake Buckley. He’s got a way a making everyone feel comfortable in a laid back atmosphere. I don’t even live in the park or write reviews , but I travel here because they go above.“

“What a fun night ! Stopped in for the first time in decades to play some pool. The tables were well kept and the cues in good order. We had pizza that was amazing and sang Karaoke! All the staff was friendly and provided excellent service! We definitely will make this a regular place to spend a Saturday night. Thank you Staff and Management for making our evening memorable.“

“The bar itself is fairly quiet, at least during the times I've been there, but I go for the pizza. It's honestly one of my favourite pizza places, and at 23$ all in for a large multiple topping pizza, it's reasonable, and always delicious with a crispy golden crust, lots of cheese and generous toppings. You can't go wrong.“

“Stopped in at this little pub over the weekend after a friend’s mom’s celebration of life at a nearby seniors’ facility. When the group said, “Let’s go for a drink,” two or three people immediately pointed us here. It’s a tiny, quaint hole-in-the-wall — nothing flashy, not trying to impress — and that’s exactly the point here.

The service was above reproach. Very friendly, very fast, and the manager or owner was working the room also it seemed. An interesting mix of locals, all comfortable and clearly regulars.

We fed the jukebox some loud music, and a couple of people even broke into song. VLTs in the corner, a smoking area outside that kept a steady rotation of patrons heading in and out. Everything you expect from a true local pub.

“Hello! My friend and I stopped by your location on the evening of June 13th and I just want to say thank you to the security guy that was working that night, he made us feel SOOOO comfortable and safe. When a drunk guy decided to join our table he kindly escorted him out after warning him of social distancing. He also cleaned off our table and asked us if we needed anything. The bartender and staff were also very accommodating and kind we will def be back! Thanks again guys :D“
