I ordered a sub through the app. This is my home subwayWhen i unwrapped the sandwich, almost everything fell out. Not impressed.I had special instructions when i placed the order and they did not follow them AT ALL! The staff must learn to read the special instructions, or your repeat customers will be rare.
I just went today and there was nobody in the store just the two workers so I thought I would be in and out, I walk up and the two coworkers first off put their conversation first and waited to ask what I want after deciding to stop talking. While Nujan the worker was making my sandwich she is still talking to the other co worker I normally don’t care but if she can’t multitask then she needs to focus on the customer first. Sandwiches were not at all what we tried to order. Might as well have just said "make any random thing you want"; it would have saved some trouble. Mildly amusing, at best. I still tipped them, haha. I'll never go back to this location.
