I ordered take out but staff was friendly and restaurant looked clean, food was good.
We went to the Spruce Grove location. I ordered the Classic Chicken burger. The chicken was flat, hard, dry and it was like it had been sitting under the heat lamp for hours. I have many chicken burger from Wendy's and I have also worked for Wendy's at one point in my life and I know the expectations. I am very upset at the quality of this burger especially for the cost.
Food is always of quality, but what I really what to squawk about is the service. I always receive outstanding, quick, helpful and honest service from the team at this location. If there is a mix up in an order, it gets adjusted/fixed promptly. The team has never been rude and strives to accommodate my special requests the best to their resources and abilities allow. Thank-you to this locations service. :)
