“During the Snowflake Festival last night, I picked up a pizza for take out from Dj’s. It was obviously a busy night and I had to wait a bit longer than quoted for my order, which was completely understandable. The staff member that took my order, communicated multiple times with me about the status. She felt bad for our wait and discounted my pizza which was so unexpected! I worked in a pizza restaurant for over 10 years and I was so touched by the kindness and compassion of the staff here! The service was perfectly complemented by my absolutely delicious pizza. This place is a 10!”

“Real food made with love. We just enjoyed a wonderful dinner with friends. The appetizers, bruschetta, and calamari, were excellenet. A simple but delicious broccoli salad was a wonderful surprise. A very generous portion of a traditional and tasty Pollo parmigiana was my main and it was delicious. The creme brulee and tiramisu for dessert were prepared perfectly. Such a great meal, we will be back soon. Thank you Tony, Danielle, and your team for such a great dining experience.”

Twice in a row I was lucky enough to have Rose as my server. I cannot praise her enough! She was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout the meal. Service was fast, and she made sure everything was perfect. The ambiance was clean and comfortable making it a great spot for both quick bites and relaxed meals. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food and experience. I appreciate that they have gluten & dairy free options for appetizers, main courses and desserts. I’m hope they start offering vegan cheeses for their pizzas (and bring back their smoked salmon pizza that was to die for) I'll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.”

When the food was delivered, it was fresh and hot. Everything was delicious. The people at my table told me they would definitely go there to eat after their experience at our dinner.”

I explained that I was in to pick up lunch for my kids as I had forgotten to order their hot lunch before the cut off date. I was about to pay, and without asking or expecting anything of the sort, was offered a large discount (50%) because that was what they charge to the schools. Wow! Also, when I was waiting to be helped I also overheard the manager offering to honour someone’s coupon even though it had expired. I was very impressed and left there feeling like I needed to share. Kudos to wonderful customer service!”

“Originally reserved a table for 12 last Saturday evening for a friends and family get-together to celebrate my wife birthday. Group size grew from 12 to 16, then to 18 the day-of. Management and staff were absolutely fantastic. They accommodated every one of our needs and did so without hesitation. They offered us a private room for our group and ensured we had everything we needed to make the evening special for my wife. All enjoyed delicious food and drink served to us by a caring, attentive, and clearly expert server Michelle, who pulled out all the stops to ensure we were all happy and satisfied!

My Mom was so grateful to this kind woman for her caring heart to even ask if it was a mistake. She then gave her a refund. We were both so grateful to this lovely woman. It meant so much that she checked with my Mom and just didn’t leave it. Also, the coffee was amazing as well as the brownie. Atmosphere is great too! Highly recommend this place to anyone! “My much better half and my wonderful children took me out to St. Louis Bar & Grill for my birthday. I have never been despite living so close. I was not expecting much from a small pub chain. They exceeded my expectations for sure. We ordered: St. Louis Wings Chicago deep dish pizza (hot and honey sauce) 5pcs tenders meal with fries (St. Louis hot sauce) 1lb wings meal sub poutine add extra sub poutine (buffalo sauce) 2 pints beer 2 refillable soda pops I also asked for sides of the hot as hell sauce and St. Louis hot sauce Lastly they treated me to a free slider birthday cake (like an ice cream sandwich cake slice) All the food was actually really really good. I was surprised. The portions were great without being so big that you worried they were cutting costs and quality to do it. The service was also really good. And on top of it, all that food above (where I have leftovers still) was only $90. Not at happy hour, not on wing Tuesday, full bore regular price. I rarely find going out to be reasonably priced but this was an exception. I will most certainly be back. In fact I’m sending my teenager and his friends this weekend to tackle the $15 all you can eat angus burger deal 🙂. My only two areas of improvement: 1. Hot as hell sauce was fairly spicy but the flavour was just vinegary and had no real depth. Will not have that again unless it’s tweaked. 2. A place with so much eating by hand should add automatic taps and the foot grab door opening thing. Hard to keep hands clean turning off taps and exiting bathroom. Or switch to paper towels instead of blow dryers. Either or.”
