“10/5 would eat here all day every day if I could afford to LOL. My mind was blown at all that was on offer. Whoever your chefs are my hats off to them. The food the flavors the pairings the combinations of flavors the presentation on top of an atmosphere carefully curated into a cozy lively Japanese style tapas bar with the most stellar customer service from your servers you can't go wrong here, you just can't. My brain had fireworks going off the entire time I was there tasting everything I had ordered from the duck and beef tataki to the 5 assorted sashimi and the aburi saba. It was "chef's kiss". If you're new to Edmonton and love Japanese styled and inspired foods you HAVE TO COME HERE. Reservations highly encouraged we got lucky to get in as quick as we did without one, but this place is VERY popular.“

“Once again, outstanding. We've dined here many times but for some reason last night was the exact combination of perfection. It was medium busy, we got a great table in the corner. The lighting and music were fantastic. We ordered quite a bit of food and everything came out in a timely manner. Service/staff were above and beyond. Each dish was that kinda good where you cant speak, because you're distracted by the flavors. I'd have to say one of the top 5 dining experiences I've ever had.“

“First off being a Puerto Vallarta foodie my expectations for Mexican food and mariscos will be different from the next. The horchata was 🔥 rich and creamy. Quite heavy on the ice I wish there was more drink and less ice. The aguachile is nice if you have not tried it before but what was really missing is the typical sauces like Maggis, salsa ingles or black sauce. That would have been perfect had they had it. There was quite a bit of shrimp in the small bowl! A kick but not too spicy as it normally comes.

I would definitely go just for the birria tacos. There is a small cheese quesadilla option for kids as well that my baby loved.

“Went with a group yesterday for. Lunch. Server was a gentleman who you could tell really takes pride in what he does. Genuinely friendly, not pushy, but attentive. Great job.

Atmosphere was nice, lots of space, very nice decor, and open space was really appreciated.

Food was a bit of a miss. Had the 1/2 chicken which seemed like a large breast cut in half and then placed on top of one another. Fries were stale and hard to eat.
Warm potato salad was nice with the smashed baby potatoes, however I would have liked more color. More corn & perhaps.some chives or green onions to make it more visually appealing.

“I absolutely loved my experience at Earls Tin Palace. We had excellent service from Paige. She was so attentive and friendly. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Will be asking to sit in her section next time we go!! The food was fresh and delicious and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Overall top marks!“

“This is a lovely spot for a date night. We enjoyed our food and drinks. Our server was great too. However, after dinner and a drink (just over an hour) they let us know that they had another reservation coming in shortly so if we stayed they may have to shuffle us to another spot (not sure where, they were full even at the bar). We didn't order another round of drinks or dessert and our server seemed relieved that we just asked for the bill. The online reservation system does say that parties up to 4 ppl have a two hour reservation but that doesn't seem to be the case. I booked our table a month in advance, considering the timing of a nearby event we were attending. Luckily there are several other spots nearby to stop for another drink and kill some time. Normally I'd say “these things happen” but it's the second time we've had a reservation issue here so I thought it was worth a review.“

“The venue is welcoming & trendy, with an inviting bar area and cosy tables. Outdoor seating overlooking the road is also an option. Service was great - very attentive & knowledgeable. I had two starters / shareable- the scallops cevice & the steak tartar. The tartar was really delicious! Flavors very well balanced & the sourdough was perfect for mopping up the sauce. The cevice was good - the spicy sweet chili was the perfect addition. Co-diners had steak which looked very average, and was reported to be a bit overcooked. Personally I would have been a bit disappointed in the tallow chips, as they were not at all like fries but rather like snacking chips.
The cocktails were interesting & had some great well balanced options.“

“Just left Partake with nothing but good things to say! Our server and any other staff we encountered was genuinely, authentically kind. Customer service went above and beyond the usual. We had two allergies at the table between two of us. They were so well addressed. We sat outside on the patio and didn't have mosquito repellent. We ordered the Rhubarb Fog and a warm cinnamon bun—both were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Our server (her name is escaping me, but she had long blonde hair and was sooo nice) made sure we had our dinner in a timely matter before our concert, and had great drink recomendations after I told her my preferences. As always, the brussel sprouts were amazing, and we reccomend both the curry bowl for a vegetarian option and the flatiron steak with chimichurri!“
