McDonald's in St. Albert

“We had an issue about a transaction. We went to the store and talked with the manager (Gurvir, may be wrong name) on June 12th around 6.30pm. The manager was pleasant and friendly. She understood the issue and processed the refund right away. Very happy with service.“

“We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. Our table was wiped clean before we sat down. Our order was brought to us at our table. The food was freshly made and good, but the fries had spilled out in the happy meal. When I told them, they quickly got us a new one. While I waited for just a moment at the counter, I was asked if I needed anything by another staff member who came back to the counter. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Playplace was clean! Wow. I didn't think a McDonald's could be run this well. I felt comfortable and like a valued customer. I won't mind the next time my kid asks for McD if we come to this one. Kudos to the staff and management here for changing my mind about how McD's can be
