McDonald's in St. Albert

“Our order was wrong, our fries were cold and limp, part of me wants to believe this was due to the time of day, but the restaurant wasn't particularly packed, perhaps 4pm had our order arrive during shift change and the staff had other things on their minds.
Anyways, nice try mcdonalds, decent effort, i wish my order could have been warm and accurate.“

“We were greeted by friendly staff upon arrival. Our table was wiped clean before we sat down. Our order was brought to us at our table. The food was freshly made and good, but the fries had spilled out in the happy meal. When I told them, they quickly got us a new one. While I waited for just a moment at the counter, I was asked if I needed anything by another staff member who came back to the counter. The bathroom was clean and stocked. Playplace was clean! Wow. I didn't think a McDonald's could be run this well. I felt comfortable and like a valued customer. I won't mind the next time my kid asks for McD if we come to this one. Kudos to the staff and management here for changing my mind about how McD's can be
