Very bad service yesterday I always order a frap at 8:30 pm but a new customer service lady who seemed new stated sorry we close the frappe machine by 8:30 pm which is a lot because I always order frappe at 8:45 pm when the young man is working. They lost a customer I walked over to booster juice after.

The night staff here is always so rude. Some times your coffee isn’t full or correct, other times it’s awesome. Today was my last time giving them chances. They charge you full price for the coffee and don’t tell you there is no whip. I went back to ask for the whip and they giggled saying they don’t have it.. I wish I would have known before I spent $7 on a drink that it wouldn’t be a completed one.
