I ordered from here and then drove home 20min away to find out they messed up both of my dishes. The kids meal was supposed to have only broccoli and my meal was supposed to have ramen noodles which I payed extra for and they gave me rice. I've tried to call and the line apparently is constantly busy for the past hour so no way of even letting them know how much they messed up. I eat at edo Japan often it’s one of my favourites but this location gets a -10/10 l. Worst service I’ve ever had. They sent my meal out with 5 tiny pieces of meat and it looked like a 3 year old put it together. Drove back to get it sorted (I ordered skip) and the manager themself told me they are unwilling to do literally anything about it. Will never ever be going back to this location. Normally I love edo, the one in Spruce Grove is excellent!
However I do not recommend the location in stony the meat was terrible! Lots of fat, I never even ate it, threw it all out! I will not be going back to that location ever again!
