Ray's Place may not catch your eye from the outside, but don't judge a book by its cover! The sweet & sour chicken was a pleasant surprise - not your typical fried version, but delicious. The spicy beef had the perfect level of spice, and the fried rice was amazing. Despite the cluttered interior and tight parking, the food and service were top-notch. A great find for those willing to look past appearances and enjoy a tasty meal.
