Taco Bell in Anchorage

“Didn't know kiosks are more of a thing now, I looked at the menu for a while and was confused about why my order wasn't taken until someone at the cash register said something. I felt silly. It's been a while since I've gone in person to a Tacobell, and any fast food restaurant really, but I appreciate how fast my order was given to me. And I got everything I asked for. Wouldn't mind showing up in person to buy food some time in the future if my finances allow it.“

“Every fast food place was packed after the hockey game and these guys were just getting the cars through the guy taking the orders with soul Pleasant got everything right still provided customer service and accuracy when I went to the window you could see the entire team working together to get the orders up to the window and everything was in there. Nothing was missing. They were perfect. I didn't have anything missing the food was just made it was seasoned everything that was part of the meal was included I'm so impressed by them they got their long lines down with accuracy customer service efficiency and professionalism. The night crew rocked it. I was over at the Wendy's line and I finally drove over to their line because I kept watching all the cars leaving I'm so glad that I did“

“Standard Taco Bell experience, friendly staff who get orders out pretty fast, & decent meal deals. Even with a long drive-through line, it didn't take them too long to get through it, all while serving their lobby. They haven't forgotten any items from my orders either, not even the straws.“

“Went with my aunt and grandma, she found a clean table right next to the door to sit down. We used the kiosk to order our food and customize the crunch wraps. By the time we filled our drinks and sat back down the food was done. Everything came out perfectly cooked and no mistakes. 10/10 for Taco bell“

“In all my years of Taco Bell addiction across the country, this has been my favorite location (excluding the cantinas). They get my complicated orders right far more often than any other location 95% of the time at least) and they never skimp on the portions. I do wish the parking lot allowed for a real line to form, but that’s not their fault“

“I'm impressed with the friendly customer service, especially right after opening around 10:30 am-- with a smile even!! I ordered through the app and my food was made right after I gave my name in the drive-through. After pulling up to the window, I received my drinks promptly with the perfect amount of CLEAN ice! My food was received in a sealed paper bag and combo box with the receipt attached. Additionally, to my pleasant surprise, the polite young gentleman verbally repeated back my order and told me how many of and where each specific food item was packed. The food was still perfectly hot when I got home and everything and all my cuztomizations in my order were correct! The best part---- the food actually tasted FRESH and well-cooked. Well Done TacoBell Staff!. This is my favorite TacoBell location now and ill be sure to recommend to everyone.“
