“The culinary arts students at UAA have a restaurant where they put their learned knowledge to the test in a restaurant setting called Lucy's.
It was a delicious 3-course lunch with a salad, entree, and a dessert buffet. You get to give feedback to the students afterwards so they can improve.
Awesome food and atmosphere to enjoy with friends at the end of the Spring semester. You must sign up and reserve online.“

“This was our 2nd visit at Ginger last night 9/4 First one we liked it, this time we loved it👏 Excellent Asian Fusion food My most favorite was the Panang Beef, they let me substitute the beef for shrimp. Soooo good bring a friends admit is a dish easily to be shared My husband loved the pork chop also, can easily be overcooked but his one was perfect“

“The fried chicken sandwich is good (but it tasted like fish). I really liked the Boba fizzy soda. The mac and cheese tasted like Annie's boxed mac and cheese. Don't bother paying for it. You can make it at home. The caramel apple bread pudding is heavenly!! Portion sizes are good! I had leftovers.“

“Very clean restaurant and great service. I ordered the burger and brew salad and it was the tastiest, fresh salad I had in a long time. It tasted home made and I will be back for more. I also tried the blueberry lager and it was delicious and compliments the salad perfectly!“

“Terrible service, brought friends from outside of state and it was embarrassing after telling them what a "great" place. Halibut was over cooked and too much batter. The waitress made a RUDE remark about a server who dropped a plate of food. We were basically ignored. It wasn't even busy, mid-afternoon. SORRY, I still have gift cards to spend because I don't really want to go back. disappointed 😞“

“I’m not a fan of sushi but ReHaru is where my granddaughter wanted to go for her birthday lunch. The atmosphere was delightful and the food was excellent! Our server was full of personality and provided excellent service which earned him a very generous tip (60%). I highly recommend this restaurant as one of the best in Anchorage!“

“I ordered takeout for the “back alley smash burger”, after seeing the home made buns I knew it had to be worth the $17 price tag. And boy oh boy, was it ever! This place is far from the “bearded burger joint/new age stereotype”. Their burger and chips are amazing, all homemade ingredients. I highly HIGHLY recommend you to try out Altruro Bistro, don’t let the pricing scare you away from what the menu has to offer, it’s worth every last penny!!!“

“I actually liked eating this restaurant cause not only I watch the anime Naruto, I also liked their Naruto ramen there. They also have Japanese movie posters inside the restaurant which makes it look nice, and they also have manga to read there not just Naruto. I would recommend eating there if you’re at least a food lover for ramen! 🙂“

“My husband and I tried Antonio’s for the first time for lunch today and we are absolutely obsessed. I had the Gyro with salad and Potato’s and it’s the best gyro I’ve ever had. (Not to mention how good the salad and potatoes are!) It has a great Atmosphere and the gentleman was very welcoming and helpful when picking out our food. He even helped us pick out a traditional Greek dessert that was so delicious! I highly, highly recommend trying it for yourself!“

“My first time here and we came as a large group. Service was quite good. The did was very good and served quite hot. I had them add a bit of slice to my food to give it a kick and was NOT disappointed.

“We had an amazing time and food at Yak and Yeti cafe. This is a family run food joint that offers home style food options. Owner and chef Dorjee and Maia were humble and had magic of Indian tastes in his food. They were able to adjust to our requests and food was fast and best we could have had. Amazing tasting homemade ice creams as well. Must try, if you are visiting ancourage, Alaska.“
