It was a delicious 3-course lunch with a salad, entree, and a dessert buffet. You get to give feedback to the students afterwards so they can improve.

I was charged $113 for my dinner which ok I didn’t ask it was my bad and what I got was expected to be pricey. The vegetable served with my meal was a little cherry tomato and a tiny piece of lettuce. They no longer serve dinners with soup or salad unless it’s the special. Looks like most restaurants do that now but I feel like if I pay $113 for a meal I should at least get a vegetable or a soup or salad with my meal. Normally the service is excellent but this time the server we received was a ⭐️⭐️. Idk his name but it was a tall skinny man. He didn’t hardly checked on us. We had empty cups most of the dinner. He made it very hard to flag him down for anything (drink refill, butter, Togo boxes, etc.) even know we were seated right in front of the kitchen where the waiter was a lot. Almost like he made it a point to not look at us so we couldn’t ask him for anything. I will be back and I will still recommend because the food is excellent and This restaurant holds a special place in my heart because I grew up with my grandparents taking me there a lot.“

“Such a great quality of Pizza, it tastes so good. We always get the 18in house special it’s so large it barely fits into the fridge. Its leas then $27 and I think it’s worth it. We like to stop and eat inside when we have the time. But also when we call to pick it up it takes just 20 mins which is perfect by the time we leave to go there it’s always just getting done. The service is always great here they are always so kind and in a good mood.“

“I actually liked eating this restaurant cause not only I watch the anime Naruto, I also liked their Naruto ramen there. They also have Japanese movie posters inside the restaurant which makes it look nice, and they also have manga to read there not just Naruto. I would recommend eating there if you’re at least a food lover for ramen! 🙂“

Our server was full of personality and provided excellent service which earned him a very generous tip (60%). I highly recommend this restaurant as one of the best in Anchorage!“

“Mochileros is one of the all time best food trucks in Alaska. Anything less than a 5 star imo is unwarranted! If they are available at any of the gatherings we always default to them. Mountain Papusas for the win!“

“Have you ever had Budae Jjigae before? I’ve only ever seen it in my K-Dramas that I watch and was so excited when I saw it on the menu! If you order it, let me know how you like it!

1. The staff were so welcoming, kind and attentive to us and the other tables.

2. Korean Garden is a whole vibe and the experience we had there is an experience I wish we could experience for the first time all over again!

3. We ordered the Kimbob for our appetizer and it tasted very fresh and the flavor was there!

4. The Budae Jjigae was amazing, full of flavor and packed with meat! Definitely a meal you can easily share with 2-4 people!

5. The banchan I thought was bland compared to others I have tried but it wasn’t bad!

Overall, I highly recommend Korean Garden. The food was amazing, service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great!“
